    Default EB and horses....

I'm just curious if EB has done any research on horses, and what each nation rode and matched them up speed wise (it is my understanding that light/medium/heavy/general horse control speeds), size wise with models and finally with proper coloring.

I've been working on this for my EDU text, but was wondering if you guys had dealt with it.

Also in a lot of the previews I see the horses having the same clothes on them that came with vanilla (like in the latest preview the red clothe on horse). Will this be changed in the final version? Do the Roman horses in game right now have that red cloth on them (I don't have EB installed at the moment)?

    Thanks.

I did notice some differences in game, but I am not an expert. I would like to know this too.

The preview and at least some Roman cavalry units in the mod use vanilla horses because EB is still short of skinners.

It would be sweet if they managed to model the four-horned saddles that many cavalry units used, but I have no idea how difficult that would be to do.

I took a look at some of the saddles they were useing in a battle that I fought resently, as the Romans. I zoomed in real close and saw what apered to be the very saddles you are wishing for.

We already have the four-horned saddle in game.

How about the horses? Are they properly represented?
