Wow, that's an extremely old character. Looks quite young for his age, eh?
The oldest general I can ever remember having was about 95 years old. It was annoying because he was an excellent commander, but for the last 15 years of his life he did nothing because I kept expecting him to die the next year...

There should be another change of the face icon, not just one when a family member turns 50.

I think my eldest was only 87.
[POST COUNT IMPROVED]
I think people have said before that when the general gets to a certain age, the age goes back to zero, or something very low and then goes up again. I'm certain 111 has been topped, although it's a great achievement. My oldest general lasted to about 85, but he was a dirty perv and his loss and achievements were of no great importance to me.

My oldest general was good old Flavius Julius. He was 88 and still conquering when I completed the short campaign. It would have been interesting to see how long he would've lived. Oh well...
And I second Drusus Magnus' suggestion. Perhaps around 75?

i was surprised when i saw age of this general. first he reached top of 90(that was also surprising to me)and than i just put him to manage Damaskus. and i forgot about him. but today i looked and i didnt believe it.
i didnt play since than, and he is still alive, but now i just wonder for how long?
I've had a family remember top 101, but he died the next turn. I'm glad I checked.
There's a way to edit it and make your character in the hundreds, even thousands, but they'll die the next turn.
I wish I had a screenshot program...
-ZainDustin
@zain
you dont need special screenshot program. just hit printscreen on keyboard, alt+tab, open paint(or similar grapfic program with option "new picture"), press ctrl+v or(paste), and you have your screenshot. also there is tgas folder where you instaled rtw, that should have screenshots u take everytime you press printscreen during game, but it saves pictures in .tga format, and for some reason after i instaled BI, it wont work.
and update...
still alive.
Wow, thank you.
And how do you make it a picture that you can post onto the Org?
You're a lot of help!
-ZainDustin
(I just did it with this post, before I added the parenthesis)
to present picture on the org, u must use [img] tags.
first u need site to host your picture, or you can attach it to your post(i`m not sure about this, cuz i dont see option for attachments right now, but its almost dawn here, so i cant see many things :D ).
if you choose first option, just copy image url between [img] Your_image_adress_goes_here [/img]
and that should work. or you can read faq, or something like this.
glad i could help.![]()
what site do you use?
https://photobucket.com
just registrate for free, and than upload your pictures.
there is also other hosting sites, one has link somewhere on .org (i realy dont remember where). i just use this one, cuz i was registated before joining the .org
edit:
http://www.imageshack.us/
another hosting sitem one with the .org BUAHAHAHAHAA
And u dont need to registrate on this one.

Why's it so small?
as i said, not a problem. if i can help, i will.
now, someone mentioned something about oldest general? how old he was?
just curious/
this one was great as a general. Though he is not so good as a manager, since he has only traits u can see, and they are more then bad(he actualy has same number of traits and retinues), but with lot of seleukid trade money, bad traits just coming. :)
@zain
now i dont have idea. maybe there is size limits on hosting site, i dont know.
if u have something interesting from rtw, try to crop it, and upload just important parts of the picture, like i did.
and my english is just geting worst and worst.
I'll work on it.
You are saving and reloading!
I haven't anything to do with this going on yet, but I do have some stuff on a campaign I'm on in MTW.
-ZainDustin
Imageshack should be able to do full page uploads. It's hard to find again if you lose the link though, so I stick with photobucket.
is the max something like 128?
Student by day, bacon-eating narwhal by night (specifically midnight)
The limit in size is 1 mb.

I`m sory, i dont understand this. yes, i`m saving and reloading, becouse that is way everybody play rtw, i doubt anyone finished it without saving and reloading. if however u think i`m saving and reloading just to get older general u r wrong. that`s just stupid.Originally Posted by Nebuchadnezzar
i didnt think on image size, but on the image dimensions, sorry for that. but 166x122 is just small, i dont think that is the problem, since i believe i hosted bigger pictures.
With imageshack you should be able to resize your image, the option is located under the path where you upload your pictures.Originally Posted by ZainDustin

I've got it working.
108 in BI.
He had no stars but had the architect and some other financial traits. I rotated him between Athens and Thessalonica. He was probably the last pagan general my ERE had.
I hope I have a screenshot.
I got one to about what I think was 104, shame that he died.
