    Default Quick question on music converters (changing bitrate)

    If I have a song on my pc thats say 320 in bitrate can i change it to 128? I know how to convert to wave and such becasue thats how ive been making my ringtones but not sure if its safe to actually change the size.

    Try dbPowerAmp for your mp3 conversion and decoding needs.

    And, IIRC, joint stereo should have better quality.

    Uhm, AFAIK joint stereo has the lesser size, not the better quality but I can't be sure.
