The NVA didn't have much to do with Tet. The Viet Kong planned and executed Tet with, as always, NVA assitance. After Tet the NVA took over the war as the VC were exterminated by US forces during the offensive. Also Tet was basically carefully orchestrated terrorist attacks on major symbols of US power in South Vietnam. The whole country was attacked in one way or the other. But again as always the north of the South where Hue was located was the focal point.Originally Posted by Hiji
