I think this is worth its own thread.

What I find interesting is not so much the talent of Steve Bridges, but the content of the skit. I wonder if GW had any input aside from review?

I'm also not quite sure what to think of this. It is hilarious, but I am not sure if furthering Bush's image as a moron is such a great idea. Goodness knows that the humor will be lost in translation across the world.

That is pretty funny stuff DA. What I found surprising is that Steve Bridges didn't have all the funny lines. Bush had some of the best lines himself. It was kind of a double parody. I do like seeing these press dinners because it gives you the chance to see the lighter side of a president.

That's back when he drank. He looks pretty young, before his governor days even? How about the video where he flips off the camera...

He does have a sense of humor. Being the Prez when your country recieves the largest foreign attack since like 1812 can be pretty sobering.

Thats from an august 1992 wedding for a former worker for his failed 78 congressional campaign. So, if he went cold turkey in 1986, and this wedding was in 1992, then that means he's not been drinking. Or he's a liar. This is an old video, been all over the net since the first campaign, just one more thing we know he's been dishonest about since the get-go.
