Default Marian reforms with non roman units?

I wanted to put the marian_reforms condition in EDB for some non roman units, such as east legionaries et numidian legionaries, so that they're only recruitable after the marian reform (when a roman faction built an imperial palace in italy).

But it didn't work. Although the roman reform effectively appears when I play a roman faction, the presence of a roman imperial palace in italy doesn't seem to have an effect on the recruitement of non roman faction units : my east and numidian legionaries are still unrecruitables after the reform. I noticed I didn't have the reform message when I play a non roman faction, even if that faction have a marian reform condition on his units recruitements.

Is there a way to add the marian reforms to an other faction?

That would be a powerfull tool, we could use it in a mod for the reform of a greek army by example (I'm thinking about Philip II's reform).

Yes just add: and marian reforms after your new units in export_descr_building.txt

    example
recruit "heavy spearman" 1 requires factions { barbarian, } and marian_reforms

and any old units you want not to be built: and not marian_reforms

    ex.
    recruit "roman princeps" 0 requires factions { romans_julii, } and not marian_reforms
