well the "historical battle campaign" that has unlockable battles will need some new code. Unless that already existed in RTW but we didn't know about it ?
Definately doesn't exist at the moment. So yes they must include some new code, but this looks like a skin pack really. I don't think we can expect any modding revolutions.
