I'm using the latest patch. All factions attack me. Carthage was getting stomped in my Greek campaign, we were allies against the Romans. What does it do? It keeps trying to blockade Sparta, even when my entire fleet is stationed there. Jeebus. Diplomacy had better be upgraded tremendously for MTW2.
