Do weather and time change during custom battles?

Yea, I noticed weather change. More evident if you use Skymod by Archer since he added more weather effects like sand storm etc. But I never seen it change from night to day or vice versa.

Doesn't the time change a bit during longer timed battles? Perhaps not.

There's a random seed that determines the weather I think, so battles can start off fine then turn into a thunderstorm and vice versa.

I´mnot sure about custom battles, but in campaign battles the weather definitely can change. The time, as in time of day, however, seems to remain the same during the whole battle.
