Its unfortunate, but full conversion mods don't pop into existance on a whim. You need to be willing to do all of it by yourself, and if someone else turns up to help, see that as a bonus.

Don't be disheartened by this, just aim lower to start with. It would be pretty damn cool just to make one of the units you suggested
