If so I can see no reference to politics or emotion in either your post or ER's. Nor can I see him banning or warning you. He merely closed a thread. That happens quite alot. Of course if you're referring to something else, I apologise - I've clearly missed it.

no it was the other thread he made after that, called "aight aight aight aight", a funny Bartix thread reenactment, but apparently EB didn't think it was fun. I never read the entire original Bartix thread but I suppose it contained a few conflicts and hurt feelings so they probably didn't want to be reminded of it... Btw Roderick if you still have your signature left it means you got a very low warning point count, maybe even PM class warning which means 0 points and no removal of edit button etc., which is a pretty mild warning. I think the mods at this forum are a lot nicer than in any other forum I've been to. In one other forum I got insta-perma-banned for a single accidental double post, for example...

All right everybody I oficcialy apolagize for my recent behovior on the EB forums, Ive been under some stress lately but its all gone now. Man you guys are the best i thought i get banned for my third post, but i wasent. The truth is ive been unable to controlmy hands for 3 days, so asyou know that can be quite a sticky situation, especialy in the bed. Unfortunately, members do not have the full amount of information here - there was a series of spam threads from this member yesterday of which the visible locked thread is only one.

The threads were locked because they were incoherent spam threads, which were continued to be posted even after the user was told by me to take a break. Cronos, please allow moderators to speak for themselves and not ascribe them inaccurate motivations.

I think the sublime response by Epistolary Richard clearly shows why he is a moderator. His method and foresight in dealing with these outbursts is quite amazing. Also, his patience has completely refuted of accusations of "fascism" (previously they simply were unfounded). The way he has chosen rehabilitation over punishment also astounds me, I hold assistant-moderation duties in the Page forum of the RTK clan forums and although the tight knit bunch there are my clanmates, I have closed threads and edited posts for much less.

Anyway, I am glad that you have made an apology Roderick Ponce Von Fontlebottom, it is a good start. Now you may wish to follow up and edit that "fascist" comment from your apology, and in the future, find more constructive ways of releasing stress like beta-testing for EB and helping the mod. It would also give Epistolary Richard more time to work on superb mods like he has done in the past. That skip-ahead turn mod is immensely helpful in checking AI expansion among other things.

EDIT: By the way, Roderick, the admins have every right to ban you. You're use of these forums is a privilege, not a right, and you agreed to obey their rules when you joined these forums.

I don't see how anybody could find the mods here oppressive. Sure, each has their personal pet peeves, but who doesn't? The moderating here is, overall, extremely uniform.
