    Default Wonder Effect

Does a wonders effect on a population decrease over time? Because i got Coloses of Rhodes and everywhere my people were happy, but over time, it didnt effect them as much.

When you first capture a wonder, you get a 20% bonus to your population's happiness. Each turn after that the bonus decreases by 5% until you're left with no bonus. The people only care about such things briefly, and after that they're back into their old routine of complaining about their quality of life and how they have to sleep in their own filth whilst the noble landowning classes get discount back massages and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. It's tough being a pleb.

The statue of Zeus grants a permanent 10% happiness boost though so grab that.

Sadly that statue is not available in BI. I wonder if the wonder effects can be text edited, like much else in the game.
