Default Nintendo Preshow E3 2006 Press Conference: Zelda and the Wii controller

The name still sucks, but watch that video. The Wii controller has double motion sensitivity. Aim the bow with the 'remote' and fire with the 'nunchuk'. Direct yourself with the remote, swing your sword with a rotation of the nunchuk. What we got here is a controller which makes your gaming experience dynamic, leaving a whole lot of things in your hands. You can actually develop your own technique thanks to it.

I'll make it easy for you all: the Wii controller. pwns. all.

I'm just worried it'll take a little getting used to. And that developers will shy away from the new controller mechanics.

This looks pretty darn sweet. Now if only they made a realistic sword fighting game...you already have the best controller in the known universe for it.

It may be frail; its roof may shake; the wind may blow through it; the storm may enter; the rain may enter; but the King of England cannot enter – all his force dares not cross the threshold of the ruined tenement! - William Pitt the Elder
