Whenever I run EB, I get a message telling me "Error: Filename doesn't exist: éÖã?□". This obviously causes a failure of the game to load. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

It's updated to at least 1.3 since I have BI installed on the same computer.

that is the problem EB runs on 1.2
If you look at the next thread (in case your game is pre patched) you'll get some help otherwise just reinstall and patch to 1.2 then install EB
