You can like it or not, and I don't presume for a moment to know what Jesus would do in any situation, but I reckon Maryada Vallet is on the money. I don't remember reading Jesus saying Help the poor (so long as they have a green card). As matter of fact, when Jesus said love thy neighbour, and he was asked who is my neighbour, i seem to remember he answered with a parable about a member of a despised neighbouring race (its the Good Samaritan, for those who weren't paying attention in RE).

Its not my border and its not my faith but IMHO she is living what it tells her in the bible to do and fair play to her. And some people want her arrested and punished. Hmm, now let me think, who is Christ and who are the Roman soldiers in this little story...
