    yeah that's not to hard, tough it can take some time when you can't calculate it immediatly (if you have to calculate other things first).

    or Moles = am/fm
    (actual mass / formula mass)

    Moles = CV
    (Concentration x Volume)

    Moles = V/ 24
    (Volume / 24 dm(cubed))

    I had that problem with Physics last year. She just decided to not explain pretty much the whole mechanics part of the course (It was a shared teacher class) lucky I am good at maths so I basically did absolutely everything to learn it.

    http://www.chemguide.co.uk/ is a good site, no calculations though
    http://www.skoool.com/ is also pretty decent
