It wouldn't surprise me if there is or has been a law suit to change either change the name to the "Isle of People" or to produce an equally sized island to be named the "Isle of Woman".Or:

Of course, the suit would not originate from anyone on the island, but rather from some group in a dark corner of the world where they have nothing better to do than instigate frivilous legal actions.
