Is there a Descr_strat editor which is easy to use for a total text editing donut like me!

You might want to try the one BrandonM has made, there´s a link to it in the Scriptorium. Whether it´s easy to use I don´t know, but from the description of it it´s got quite a couple of handy features. The only other one is the discontinued TiME editor, but that one was, as far as i know, developed for 1.2 and is unfinished.
