Bonny ive just installed sprite1 and sprite2 pack on a backup copy of EB, but when i load EB (just in the load screen) it say "generic error: unable to find skeleton 'fs_1h_axeman_big' "

help (id like very much to have those sprites!)

i'm sorry, but i have no plan,
i tried to repeate your error, (deleted all sprite related files (desrc_batt..., sprtes folder), copied eb, dowloaded the files and installed them), but all went fine, there was no error

maybe a "bad copie", just trie it again

how stupid, i think i had installed the packs in the wrong order, now they work and i must say that is a difference!
Finally (i hated them) my pahlava shivatir do not become white when zoming out, i could suggest EB could put your pack in a 0.74a while waiting for 0.8.

Since I installed the sprite pack (great job, BTW ) I have been getting strange CTD's when I play custom battles of replays of those. The funny thing is that they seem random: when I load the battle/replay for the first time it crashes, when I do if for the second time it loads without problem. It may have something to do with missing sprites: I've been trying out Ordmhornaght (Gaelic hammermen), and those in Aedui service still lack sprites.

Thanks for telling , it was a typo in descr_model_battle.txt, it was very easy to fix.
I have uploaded both a new corrected version of the third pack and a small fix, for all who have downloaded the old one.

It works, thanks. I loaded the battle three times and I didn't get a CTD either, so I suppose the missing sprites were indeed the cause.

The Averni Ordmhornaght lack sprites too. They look identical to the Aedui version, so this should be easy to fix. I forgot to check Iberian Ordmhornaght.

I tested all of these hammerunits, for every faction.....except the averni one
how could i forget them? I'm going to upload the fix tommorow

I got a very similar error with "fs_fast_foot_archer."

OK, I figure, let's see what happens when I change them all to "fs_foot_archer."

Same problem. For all I know it might continue...

EB worked last night when I had just installed it, and I know that I installed these sprite files in the correct order (I even did it again, just to be sure).

I'd like to start a Parthian campaign ASAP so I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me how to fix this so I can play... with or without sprites at this point.

yes, they have. the only faction i haven't done are the yuezeh.

bonny ive installed your pack when it was splitted in 3 parts, at first i had some problem as you know but then all seems to go well.

Now i returned to visit your post, and i see there is one only download for all the sprite, the question is: Have i to reinstall all with the upgraded pack? Or can i to keep the old 3 parts pack ive courrently installed?

if there are some improvements in the new 1 single part pack i think i should install it. Let me know.

No, you don't need to download it. I only pasted the three downloads together to one, in order change the filehoster and make the upload easier .
There are no differences between the three files version and the one file version, except a corrected dmb (a mistake with the barbarian hammer units), but you can download this small file seperately.

Is anyone else having problems downloading the files from Filefront? I'm trying to get my mitts on these sprites, but Filefront is telling me there's no available servers. Are there any mirrors available?

hm, i checked both links and they were all working?
on rapidshare you have to wait 30 seconds (there is a counter counting down) could you haven't noticed it?

Yeah, I used download accelerators which affected the dl.
