RTW patch 1.5 vs 1.6

As LestaT said, it's pretty easy to get a mod working for 1.6 once it's working for 1.5. All you need to do is install over 1.6 normally and then delete or rename the BI folder. Run the game using the BI exe, select the Provincial Campaign and you're off

Might make for a good minimod once EB0.8 is out, and throw in some little extras like hording and such.
