    Default Frame rate counter which appeared out of nowhere

    Hey everyone;

    I have been plagued by this frame rate counter which appeared out of nowhere. It comes on when ever I use a 3d game and is a pair of red numbers which appear in the upper right of the screen.

    I have a 256 MEg ATI Card with Omega drivers.

    How do I get rid of this frame rate counter?

    Are you using ATI tray tools? It's a feature of it that can easily be disabled.

    Yep, you hit the nail right on the head Xiahou. I was able to stop the counter from showing up by disabiling the ATI Tray Tools in msconfig. However, is there a way to disable only the counter and not the ATI Tray Tools program as a whole?

    Thanks for the help,
