That's a bad idea if you're playing 1.5. Your "Fellow Romans" will then be able to attack you at will and you won't be able to attack them back.There doesn't even need to be a civil war. You can just destroy the SPQR faction and sue for peace with your fellow Romans, if that is what you want.
