Need a Complete retard guide to unit cards

This is probably totaly noobish, but i dont know how to get the unit cards. I tried to follow the directions in the tutorial, but i suck at following directions and couldnt understand some of the stuff. I tried to downloaded the X-Pax thing, but i dont know what to do with it. I need someone to help me. Please keep it as simple as possible.

I guess he needs a retard guide to reading and posting too...
