you started out good, I'll present my version now:
Tribesman:
Fair and intelligent scholar, idol of many, saviour of common sense and defender of being right without a link. He is from Ireland, the origin of common sense, has a good sense of humour but can also be very teasing down to being quite offensive even though he is usually still right. His domain is the Backroom as that is where his wisdom can trickle down to the masses and the other forums are largely about bollox anyway.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford
My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.
I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.
Strike For The South- Good hearted Texan. Often drunk. Needs to lay off the baconators for the sake of his heart.
It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then, the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.
Tribesman- Seemingly appears from nowhere to articulate a precise retort to any commentary made. Bollox. Brilliant.
ive actually used a few of Tribesmans ways to debate others in non formal settings in real life. like laughing at them and telling to do some research.![]()

This space intentionally left blank.
Tribesman gets away with it though because you know that he will know what he is talking about. Not that you don't hooah, but well... we are younger and we can't be expected to know as much stuff as he does.
I am much too polite a little soul to ever use the bollox debating style.![]()
At the end of the day politics is just trash compared to the Gospel.
well we were debating a certain school policy, so...

One day, maybe we will truly become worthy to use that word, "bollox".

Wow. I forgot how much dang work this thread was! Just read over the first post. 2006? Has it really been that long?
My favorite:
lars573 The only Orgah ever to state with seriousness: "Now I have a new project, retracting my fore skin." The community collectively wishes you the best with your science project my friend.
Whatever happened with that lars573? Hopefully a physician was on hand to assist you with your task...

bollox .
Pity is the word not hate.
So open your language book on the first page and write 10 times...
"I feel I may be more pitied"
Then again someone did once write on these forums that according to "scripture" a person cannot be a "christian" unless they are hated so it could be that you are aiming at being hated as a matter of faith, but failing.
I'm guessing it was Navaros.
Nah, Navaros might have had some very strange views but he did know actual scripture rather than "scripture"I'm guessing it was Navaros.
How about Mark 13:13: "And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."
Or maybe John 15:19: "If ye were of the world, the world would love its own: but because ye are not of this world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you"
Or is this really just "scipture" and not actual scripture.
I know this is off topic, but if you have particular problems with my understanding of Christianity, I could make a thread about it...
At the end of the day politics is just trash compared to the Gospel.
So do you think Christians should not have children? How about Mark 13:13:
Hey John 15 is good , it starts out good dies off a bit in the middle and really comes back with flying colours at the end, I like the bit about being thrown out of temple because people who claim to know god and speak of god don't know god...bit of a connundrum there.Or maybe John 15:19:
