how to modify sacking?

is it possible to make sacking cities an option without being horded or even a horde faction?

as east/west empire i always run into a city i want to destroy but not keep...and i really dont like haveing roman "pretender" states hanging around and would like to be able to just sack it...leave it rebel and move on

Well you could just manually demolish all the buildings...

i relise i could do that..but then the province regardless of who it formally belonged to will automaticly rebel to "roman" rebel.. i would rather be able to sack it..let it go rebel (Gray rebel) and move on
