question about -ian extension

I know that you can use the -ian extension to change between factions in game (by clicking ctrl+a number) but how can you change to factions like turks or spanish (who have 2 numbers as "code"). If you press ctrl+13 it changes to rebel and then to byzantines, but not to faction 13.
