While being a fan of Europa Barbarorum myself, I would not recommend it for beginning players. EB is far too difficult for someone who has not mastered the orginal game yet. Also, it is still in beta-phase (but remarkably polished despite this). Still, if you already know the game and are looking for a challenge, Europa Barbarorum is a fine choice.

BTW, welcome to the Org, Mr. T .

    Welcome Seleucia.

We are at war though. I support the Ptolemaic Kingdom.
Ja mata, TosaInu. You will forever be remembered.

    Been to:

Swords Made of Letters - 1938. The war is looming in France - and Alexandre Reythier does not have much time left to protect his country. A novel set before the war.

A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?

Just because he is a new org. member meaneth not he is an RTW n00b. I was an avid fan of the first EB release long before I joined this forum (in fact i deemed it necessary to join in order to ask some EB-related questions.) Sorry I'f i came across too EB fanatic-like, but i truly believe EB will raise anyones RTW experience far beyond vanilla.

No, the fault is mine. I didn't read the "here" after "because you are new". Anyway, I wanted to prevent any new players from rushing off to download EB and then dump it in disgusts because it is impossible to make any progress and filled with all kinds of bugs. It is a beta after all, and one intended for advanced players at that.
