    Default Question about historical battles

I have played all historical battles,I find that some historical battles I cant won on very hard, but I have another question is there any way to play battle at Canae?or maybe battle at Pidna?Or maybe battle at Magnesium? Those battles are not in the game or I am wrong? Is there anyone who can tell me is there someway to play those battles.I first thout that it can be unlocked like the factions in desc start file, but I was very disapointed when I saw that I could not do that.I find only introduction for the battles,I nowhere find the file contained by those battles, and that is realy strange couse why do anyone write introduction for the battles who are not in the game?
If there anyone who can help me please reply...................
I am realy sorry for my poor english I hope every one could get the point of what I want to say.

There was a historic battles mod released by NinjaCool just after RTW itself was released way back in October 2004. Here's a link to v2.5 of that mod:

Rome Total War Historic Battles Mod 2.5

However, I'm not sure which version of RTW this mod is compatible with (probably v1.1). You may need to mod the files to get them working with RTW v1.5, or then again you may get away without modding anything.

The mod itself apparently adds 20 new historical battles to RTW, there's more info in the download description.

Currently developing Rome: Total Gameplay (RTG), an unofficial mod for vanilla Rome: Total War v1.5

Features: improved battles, new units to recruit, more buildings to construct, a modified campaign map, and much more!
