In the olden days, if there was a thread in a restricted forum that you wanted to participate in, you would post it here in the EH with a note referencing which thread you a commenting on and a moderator or maybe another patron would copy your post into that thread:

"New patron Lion_Pariya in the EH has this to say on the subject..."

Sure it is a little awkward, but if you really can't wait for promotion, then at least it is something.

I'm only a few days into this and I'm feeling it already. I got a feeling this is going to be a while.

I didn't get out untill I posted 20-25 posts or so.. you can't post 100 posts in EH and expect to get out if 95 of them are spam and 5 are good.. I made like 24 I think before I got promoted,and I only made 2 or 3 goofy posts and the rest good ones..

I did a whole 89 I think.

They don't all have to be in the EH, you know

I made 5 or 6 posts as a junior, then I didn't look at the .Org for about 3 weeks. Came back and I was a member

You will have to be patient, sure its annoying waiting. But its worth the wait.

There are occasional Amnesty moments where everyone got promoted to members. It happens when the immigration pressures got too high.

I got made a member 2 weeks after signing up.

Sources inside the .org have told me that your not actually going to be promoted.

Meh i made a large thread and replies to it as well giving advice on Barb. Invasion MP tips/tricks. Meh i still say there puting wagers on how long it will be till i go insane.

lol, I was promoted to member after a week and a half. I remember making a lot of posts (about 30) and making one post flattering frogbeastegg's story a lot. Hey, its a good story and I'm sincere about it but hey, sometimes some flattering can get you ahead.
Also, I made a post regarding about the European royalty's titles about Counts, Earl, Duke and Princes since frogbeastegg's story dealt in that era. So all you have to do is just think extremely hard and come up with a very very good post that will hopefuly catch the attention of some of the mods.

Yes but you must remember, it took me 4 days just to succesfully register and validate a name. So i factor that in 10+4= two weaks.



Haha! Hey besides my entire thread giving good advice in extreme detail on Barb. Inv. MP, i also responded to many help threads.

And what posts of mine were spam......Well those were either dang funny or darn importionto!
