Is there any way to play as the Romano British faction?

Yeah, but you have to download a mod, i cant remember its name though, but it unlocks all the unplayable factions. Unless you want to do it yourself, but i cant remember what files you need to edit

or you can just edit descr_strat

If you DIY edit descr_strat also remove 'britain' resource from descr_regions.txt as that governs the trigger for their emergence and can cause problems if they are already on the map.

Edit: just remembered that resource also governs recruitment of graal knights, to keep them in rename resource to 'england' / whatever in regions.txt and export_descr_buildings.txt.
