I have no problem with the speed of loading in the Mead Hall. For me, the problem is mostly in the Entrance Hall, but that may have something to do with the amount of tiem I spent there.Originally Posted by frogbeastegg

Forums will be even slower for the next hour, as I do backup and maintenance. Sorry.
Should be back up to a snail's pace by 2100 GMT today.
Be well. Do good. Keep in touch.
Any idea where these slowdowns come from?
Editing can take up to 2 minutes after clicking the edit button, but it seems to be small periods of time where it really lags, and longer periods where everything is fine...
Why would they need to be fast? They can beat any cavalry unit, so they don't need to outrun them & they're still faster than infantryBut, BUT...Camels are slow!

THis one is killing me.. ANd it has been going on for around an hour!! HELP!
"Cry, the beloved country, for the unborn child that is the inheritor of our fear. Let him not love the earth too deeply. Let him not laugh too gladly when the water runs through his fingers, nor stand too silent when the setting sun makes red the veld with fire. Let him not be moved when the birds of his land are singing, nor give too much of his heart to a mountain or a valley. For fear will rob him of all if he gives too much."
Cry, the Beloved Country by Alan Paton.
Apparently I spoke too soon. I experienced the slowdowns in the Mead Hall this afternoon.Originally Posted by Ludens
