What are your views on Chavs. Are they soley a phenomenom that occurs in the UK or are they world wide. Are they an invention of the media to put blame on their dissapointment of the youth? Are they good bad or anywhere in between? Have there always been Chavs? What defines a Chav? Please discuss.

They should bring back the death penalty just for them.
There are times I wish they’d just ban everything- baccy and beer, burgers and bangers, and all the rest- once and for all. Instead, they creep forward one apparently tiny step at a time. It’s like being executed with a bacon slicer.

Some chavs can be harmless, some can even be alright people...you just get the majority who wear cheap-ass clothing and go round starting on others in their big groups, let me tell you. Get a chav alone and he's defenseless, trust me.

One of the main reasons people become a 'chav', is due to having either no male influence and only a mother so they have no discipline almost, or both og their parents were jsut lazy and put no discipline into the child at a young age.
All 'chavs' need a good size 13 up the backside, and also this is a reason why national service should be brought back, to try and sort them out befoer good people have to pay taxes for them to leech off.
Vote For The British nationalist Party.

They solely occur in the UK and outwith Scotland. We use the proper name, that is, a "ned"...

My Views on the subject would proably end in censure...

No, they actually occur in other parts of Europe as well as the US where they're referred to as Trailer Trash, White Trash etc.
In the UK they're known as Chavs, Charvas, Scallys, Bazzas, Kevs etc. To save further lengthy explanation refer to the Wikipedia:
