And by stats I mean: Management, Influence, Command and Loyalty.

The easiest thing to get is Command, and that is I know how to get, but what about the others? I only know how to get Influence through the 'Victor' vice.

I'd appreciate it if the SP-experts would enlighten us a bit.

P.S. I'm sure this kind of questions has been answered a lot, but too scattered for a good source.
P.S.S. In all my campaigns I go around fine enough with the Command stats and the Influence for 1 general at the most, is having high Influence/Management for your generals worth the micro-management that might need?
