You don't need a guide to figure out such a thing !!
And I think CA had limited the first games to the Roman families, because they had so much input, unique traits, and the Senate, which really adds to the account of the game a lot. Compare Spain with the Julii, what campaign will be more exciting? (Considering that the enemy's strength will be the same in both cases)
