im used to messing with RTW modding junk, i dont know anything about MTW, which folders to i need to open?

Unit_prod is in the main Medieval Folder, I would advise using Gnome Editor or Dragon Editor to load it.
The file should be here, and it is a text file:

Simply change 3 or 4, to 1 in this column.
