See, I never have that problem. And here's why:
1)I do not think many people in my country are realy that odd.
2)No one tries to screw around with a large guy with a rifle slung across his back, a pistol (in a holster) and a kukrhi on his belt. Plus if I am wearing a unifom, then it is even dumer.
3)If I did get in a fit, I fit for a living, so I do not worry about it.

I don't see how you could tell that they were both the same people or that they were out to get you...

It almost sounds like paranoia from bad weed, to me, or just being too high all the time.

Honestly a swiss pocket knife is a pretty crappy weapon. If they wanted to they could probably have taken it from you without much effort. But it might work as a detterant.

Glad to hear nothing happened other than getting freaked out.

I'm sure the knife must have had some impact on the guys sitting in the car, even more so if it were the same guys. And I'm sure you gave a clear enough signal, how small the knife may have been...
