Thread: A message to the Admins, Mods, and more importantly; Members.

Default A message to the Admins, Mods, and more importantly; Members.

I just want to express my joy being a member of the family. These forums are surely the high standard, and the modal for every other. I'm enjoying my stay around here very much, discussing topics with no childish/abusive or such comments, in a respected manner. Thank you all for making the ORG a better place to surf.

    Sincerely.

Let him not laugh too gladly when the water runs through his fingers, nor stand too silent when the setting sun makes red the veld with fire. Let him not be moved when the birds of his land are singing, nor give too much of his heart to a mountain or a valley. For fear will rob him of all if he gives too much."

Why are members more important than staff ?

    Teh Ban I say!

Because the public is a more important factor than the police in making peace flow through the atmosphere, or fire in cars' tires.

w00t WooT ! That's why I'm insisting that The Org is an elite one.

I think the old wolves of the cave deserve appreciation here as already mentioned by x-dANGEr. Also I did not come across with so many members having high abilities of common sense anywhere else.

Yes, it is very nice here. I have to say that I tend to skulk in the bankroom almost exclusively, but I agree that here I find a place where I can approach topics that I have been unable to do so elsewhere.

I feel that to use an analagy the members are the garden, but the Mods are the gardener. I am sure that without their viligance the place would not be the "utopia" that it is.

But if the garden was full of posioning plants, the gardener wouldn't have a lot of an effect.

(Though, yes, 'some' of the mods are a good example for the greens )

Poison plants are usually ony dangerous if some idiot decides to either eat them or rub their sap onto an open wound.

I fear that you are stretching the analagy past any point where it serves a purpose!

    W00t w00t!!!

    I already knew that.
The Org is more like a family, than a forum to discuss TW, and I love that.

Ja mata, TosaInu. You will forever be remembered.
