Read: The 6 books in Colleen McCulloughs Masters of Rome series. She's a bit too much of a Julius Caeser fanboy, but I thoroughly enjoyed the books.

Watch: The recent BBC/HBO series "Rome", don't think its out on DVD yet though. Very good (once you get past the first episode which is more like a porn flick with all the gratuitous sex).

I went looking for 'Rome' the miniseries, but it isn't out yet here *groan*. I saw one episode on the bbc when it was running and I liked it a lot. I don't really mind gratuitous sex all that much

I'm not sure about acrosss the Pond, but over here Rome comes out on DVD in mid-August. It's on my "must buy" list.

How do I add the traits to Quintus and co.? I can only find the 'notConsul' trait in the export_descr traits file.

Which traits do you mean and why ?

The Military experience ones that I can't find, otherwise they can't advance into offices and all, which seems quite stupid.

I think econ found a way to add them in, but I can't find those traits in the export_descr_character_traits file.

EDIT: btw, the link to the Parthian/Bactrian and African landblocks mods is out of date/broken.
