DDS Converter 2 problem :s

Well met,

I am trying to edit some skins for a mod but I am having trouble getting the DDS Converter program to work. I have two versions of it, V2 and 2.1 and neither activate when I click on them.

Am I missing something? everyone says to use them, they are apparently really easy to use and just what I need (since I cant afford photoshop).

Anyone know how to get them to work?

Its okay, I have been using DXTBMP to break the DDS format, I think it is probably my computer.

Freeware program that does bulk conversion of dds > tga and vice-versa (among other things). I use it all the time when making sprites.

Horsearcher posted it a TWC... can't remember where I originally found it.
