I have a question. If much of Europes youth is unemployed why is there such a need for immagrants?

Two things:
The U.K. has unemployment of around 5% (that only counts those claiming unemployment benefit, there are therefore many more without work who don't claim benefits, claim incapacity benefit etc), not full employmeny by any measure.
Migrant communities often have much higher unemployment rates in the U.K.

So in answer to your question, I don't know.
