Diplomacy Editting

Would it be possible to take the diplomacy system from one game and mod it into rome?

It would if we had access to the hardcode in the .exe but we don't, so we can't do it.

And I'm assuming someone managing to get into the hardcode some other way would be impossible.. the only thing I could think of would be taking a program that allows you access to the .exe and modding it to allow you into rome, but that sounds like crazy talk..

Editing the .exe and releasing it is illegal, so you couldn't do it.

Ah..illegal..well that would explain it. Maybe I should actually read those stupid license agreements yeah?
