Does this include just the roman skin pack or the beta of the game?

It is not a beta , altough is a first part of a bigger mod , it is studied to be a self endependant expansion to RTW Vanilla and hopefully complete in every aspect , leaving you free to add other skins from other mods for completition if you want to ..... anyway it is just about the Romans for now ....
