The sea on my campaign map is black, like an oil slick. How do I change it back to blue? Any ideas?

Anyone know how to solve this?
If it turned black due to your Fog of War usage, all you need to do is play out a battle and it should be blue when the result is over. That usually works for me.
If it's not due to FOW usage, I can't help you, sorry.

I recall some similar problems following the install of BI (unpatched). IIRC changing one of the graphics options solved it. If not, try asking your question in the apothecary.

the patch to 1.61 is merely the export_descr_buildings.txt file,
how does that affect graphic display?

Thanks for the responses.
Ive tried the Fog of War thing. It doesn't help. Now the top half of the campaign has blue seas, while the bottom has black seas.
I've patched up to v1.6.
I'll check the apothecary.
