On special request by barocca-sama, we will note in this thread the things that still need to be edited.
It will remain closed to public posting and will serve as brain extension for us.

I'm currently working on the new startpos + unit & build prods.
There're also a few frontend files I intend to retouch or have already retouched, including a new logo for the main menu.
The campmap elements need a little tweaking here and there, the influence symbol (crown) is now a fan.
Unit info pics aren't finished yet.
Some mons for SP and MP need to be finished.
Geisha walks and kills but is still unfinished.
etc.
Barocca
relocate ports to match where ships get placed
charcater names (and more names)
spread out the heroes (they all come too early)
reduce all the command stars for provinces and buildings
possible new units for SP

Katana Sams? (ronin?)
Akuso (bad monks)

check ships have been de-"artifact'd"
remember that i forgot one clan when i sent R'as the list,
when i remember that then i have to remember to find a suitable mon and send that too
remember to tell R'as that sometimes, when you ransom back prisoners, you see the "beheading" piccy,
and sometimes when ransom is refused you see the "list" piccy

NAME the religions,
i think we just have to change entries in loc files, so when game means christian it shows "shinto", or whatever
make "images" for the religions

what religion for Mongols??? (i dont think they were muslim??)
design a Mongol tech tree (keep it simple)
make building info pics and Mongol Fort campmap pieces

edit campaign descriptions into the loc files
edit the trade goods entries(remove the STW_ prefix)
shogunify the vices and virtues
there's a lot more, but when i think of it - then i'll post it,
why this list?
so we can keep track of who is doing waht to avoid replication of effort
