I've finally successfuly got a new model of mine to work in RTW, but the skinnings been mucked-up a bit. I know I need to UV Map to fix this, but I'm not sure how to. Are there any good tutorials here that could help me?

I don't think there are, at least not any that are related specifically to uvmapping and RTW. I can help you get started to playing around with it, which is all I did. Basically you want to select the part of the model you want to edit, select modifiers from the pulldown menus, select uv coordinates, then select UVW unwrap. You will see the texture and the outlines of the model. You can play around with it that way. Make sure tho, if the model has a skin modifier on it that the skin modifier is on the ver top of the stack above the uvw unwrap modifier.

Can a man love a mod? No, probably not. But here, at The Crusades, we believe in unnatural loves stories!
This one is pretty new and good.plus Goscinio is often around and will always help.

Good luck.
Thank you for the help everyone, that link is very useful.I'll try and post a pic of the new unit model I made, and where I need to edit the skinning. Once again, thanks for the help.
If you ever have any questions just ask me. UV mapping isnt too difficult once you get the hang of it.
The first place to look for tutorials is the tutorials database here:
https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/local_links.php?catid=70
In your case, look in the Skins (textures) category:

I recommend these two:
Tutorial: a guide to skinning (beginner)
Tutorial: a guide to skinning (intermediate)
U should try some of the video tutorials too. They really helped me out. Nr. 4 is about UV Mapping, and nr. 5 is about texturing. GL
