This is obviously not something the police should be spending their time on (hopefully they'll hear the girl out and decide not to press the charge) but it's understandable that the parents feel insulted.
Both kids should apologize and that should be the end of it in my opinion.

If you're black, then this is encouraging; if you are not, then it can be ignored. The impact of a word depends upon its speaker and the hearers. It always in good fun though and as a joke, Just like this probably was, Some idiot parents blew it way out of proportion. If it bothered the kid that much demanding a simple sorry would suffice

Well not in Finland anyway, maybe you still have a negroe hanging at every lamppost and are still shipping them to the cottonfields for a crashcourse in respect, but otherwise I have no idea what you are talking about. At least here blacks have the same rights, so they should just stop complaining 'owww we are so disciminatut' because it's very annoying. The only ones discriminating blacks are the pc crowd who just won't stop making excuses they would never allow for themselves.
