Maybe some better passwords for the administrators are necessary?

rofl! but what are thay gonna do?
That's what tends to happen when the mods/admins on a bulletin board go and p*** off the wrong people. Seen it before a few times. I've never been to RTR's forums, which forum software were they using, anyone know? Some of it is notoriously insecure.
-Edit: Just checked googles cached pages, Invision Power Board.
-Edit: love the music!![]()

I think it was Invision. Never really liked invision much, prefer VB.
How would they have offended them though?

What is exactly the fun part about hard work going to waste?
Abandon all hope.
You'd be surprised who can become offended by a mods/admins decision. Or the general politics of the website. It happens all the time. Especially with a genre such as total war which often deals, indirectly, with political, religious, historical and nationalistic issues, while also actually attracting people that are interested in those issues.Originally Posted by Silver Rusher

The problem is that this happens all the time, and often you find that sites become very complacent about protecting themselves from this sort of thing. Hopefully they have made a recent backup of their db, if not they're in trouble.
When they do get the site back up, expect the security and paranoia to go completely overkill. That's, unfortunately, the way it goes.

Not funny at all.
