I have occasionally had bad lag when I started the script on my cpu. I don't know if it's the same problem or not, *but* with mine, I just restarted my whole CPU and the problem was gone. It only happened when I had been running it for too long and had too many other things going - but at that point, the script really slowed it down. Maybe there's a chance this is what yours is doing. Got lots of other things running?
