Some time ago Adherbal had the problem of having a CTD at campaign load when a horde faction was the selected player faction.

I am having the same problem (BI 1.6). Does anyone know if it was ever resolved?

I have assigned the can_horde ability in EDU and the unit is not available through buildings or initially in DS. It is assigned only the hording faction as ownership. It is listed in descr_sm_factions. And hording is coded in using the default franks settings (minus the units of course).
