I'm afraid Lusted hasn't visited this forum in over 4 years. The Scriptorium is nearly dead. I hate to say this, but you're more likely to get answers over at the TWC. They have a thread with the same guide - the .db link is down as well, but someone appears to have figured out how to work around it.
